1. Advertising on www.euro-punkt.pl website and using our Service (further referred to as Advertising Service) is based on conditions set out in these Terms of Service.
2. Publication refers to advertisements submitted by the Advertiser online by the means of electronic forms available on www.euro-punkt.pl website. The Administrator verifies registration data including business certificate and company identification number, if required by national law of Advertiser. The Administrator does not monitor the integrity and reliability of submitted advertisements.
3. All advertisements must stay in consistency with the law and general approved rules. The content of job offers, as well as attached pictures must stay in compliance with the general character of the Service (with the idea of working abroad). Advertisements must include all necessary and correct contact details of the Advertiser (address, telephone number, e-mail address).
4. The Administrator of the Advertising Service reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of advertisement without giving any reason.
5. Publication of advertisements is made via employer panel, which is available on www.euro-punkt.pl website.
6. To post a job offer the Advertiser passes the procedure of registration providing login and password. Registration means the Advertiser accepts the Terms of Service.
7. The Advertiser is responsible for safeguarding the password/login and assures that such data will not be passed on to third-parties. The Advertiser is the only one responsible for fulfilment of this assurance.
8. Advertising is free of charge.
9. The Administrator cannot be held responsible for any content of advertisements.
10. The Advertiser is the only one responsible for the assurance that they have the right on intangible property to use the items submitted in advertisements – information, data, excerpts of work or other items being under any legal protection. Submitting the form means that the Advertiser assures the completion of the above mentioned responsibility.
11. The Advertiser is responsible to rectify any losses which occurred on the Service-site due to the content of submitted advertisement or any attached pictures. This responsibility also includes bearing the necessary costs of litigious proceedings, court fees, lawsuit representations and other justified Service‘s expenses which occurred as a consequence of third-parties‘ claims.
12. After registration the Administrator of Advertising Service activates Advertiser's account and enables the Advertiser to post the job offers on their own.
13. Published advertisements of active Advertisers are visible to all visitors of Advertising Service, who can submit their applications after registration.
14. Candidates‘ applications are sent automatically to e-mail address given by the Advertiser in registration.
15. Candidates‘ applications are not verified by Administrator of Advertising Service. The Administrator only verifies the completeness of applications.
16. These Terms of Service shall enter into force on 1 June 2010.
17. The Owner of the Advertising Service reserves the right to revise the Terms of Service at any time. Revised Terms of Service become binding at the moment of publication on www.euro-punkt.pl website.
